LCI's data may become inadvertently incorrectly displayed when using 3CX and other auto-dialer browser add-ons.
This mainly affects date fields for asset lists, contracts, and meeting schedule dates.
LCI recommends whitelisting our platform URL from these add-on applications.
Disabling LCI in 3CX
In the 3CX Settings page select Click2Call options from the menu.
Add master.lifecycleinsights.io to the exception URL list.
