Lifecycle insights performs warranty lookups and writebacks for Microsoft Surface devices.
The MS Surface api currently rations the lookups to a limited number of devices per querry.
MS Surface warranty lookups should occur within 72 hours of scheduled lookup date, but usually sooner.
For Surface devices that had a standard warranty only, MS simply reports 'Warranty Expired' with no date. So we are marking those assets with and warranty expiration date of Jan 1, 1990.
