Release Notes July 11, 2022

We are excited to announce a number of new features that have been deployed.  Please read through the following items and let us know if you have any questions.  As always, your feedback is appreciated!

New Menu Item - More Reports

Detailed Information: More Reports Section Added To Lifecycle Insights

Summary: We have introduced a new menu item for vCIO call More Reports.  Upon clicking on this menu item, you will see two familiar reports - Breach Secure Now and KnowBe4.  However, we have added some more value-added report options for:

  • Microsoft Secure Score (See below)
  • Augmentt (See below)
  • Tickets Dashboard (See below)

Note:  With the addition of the More Reports menu option, we have removed the option called Security Awareness (since the BSN and KnowBe4 reports are now under More Reports).

Microsoft Secure Score

Detailed Information: Microsoft Secure Score Integration

Summary: We have released support for bringing in MS Secure Score Information.

Important: You will need to update your MS Azure App Registration for LCI to bring in the Secure Score Information.  Information on how to do this can be found in the preceding Detailed Information link.

Augmentt Integration - Early Adopter

Detailed Information: Augmentt Discover Integration

Summary: We have introduced support for bringing in Augmentt data.  Show SaaS Application monitoring and usage to identify who, how often and what SaaS applications are in use with your customers.

Tickets Dashboard - Standalone Report

Summary: Up until now, your tickets dashboard data has only been available as a Report Builder component.  With this release, your Tickets dashboard is now available as a standalone report.  In More Reports menu option!

IT Glue Flexible Asset Type Support - Early Adopter

Detailed Information: Importing IT Glue Flexible Asset Types

Summary: In Early Adopter Mode, we now allow you to import IT Glue Flexible Asset Type data into both LCI Contracts and LCI Assets.  At this time, this feature is only available to our MSP partners that use IT Glue as their primary integration source.

Other Changes and Bug Fixes

We have introduced several other usability changes and bug fixes, including:

  • We store the last customer you were looking at in Local Storage, meaning if you log out and back in, the last customer you were working with will be selected.
  • If you designate a user as external, the user will no longer have access to the Help widget. IE - If you grant customer access to LCI, they should be directed to contact you as they will no longer have the option to open a support ticket directly with LCI.  To re-iterate - this only applies to users you mark as external.
  • Fixed sorting bug with downloaded reports where numeric columns were sorting via alpha
  • Better handling of API connection errors for KnowBe4 and Breach Secure Now
  • Retain formatting of business review notes (bullets and indentation)
