Crewhu's CSAT reporting tool gives MSP's the added capabilities to show customer satisfaction reporting and statistics from each client perspective. The summary and detail reports in LCI provide insights into your level of service, and how your services are perceived by your customers.
Integration Setup
The LCI integration will sync Crewhu data to encapsulate and report CSAT scoring, response rates, and survey data into an easy to read and understand report.
In order to complete the integration, you will need to have the correct account administrator permissions within Crewhu.
Login to your Crewhu account, Click on the down arrow next to your login name and select company profile.
In the company profile page, you will need to locate and copy your Crewhu ID. This ID will be needed for the Lifecycle Insights setup steps listed below.
Next, expand the General category from the left nav menu, then select the Integrations page.
You will need to first check the Open API check box to enable the api token creation. Next, click the Add button shown in the Open API AccessTokens header.
Enter a name for the new token and hit enter.
The Token will generate a key phrase once you have clicked the Save button at the top of the screen.
You will need to copy or note the token ID and the Key phrase for the Lifecycle Insights setup steps listed below.
Lifecycle Insights Setup:
From the navigation menu, select Integrations then select the Crewhu Tile from the list of secondary integration options.
Select the appropriate API URL from the drop-down selection menu.
Enter your Crewhu Client ID from the company profile of your Crewhu instance.
Next, paste the Client Secret into the provided entry box on the credentials page and click the Save Settings button.
Once you have setup the credentials, Lifecycle Insights will pull the company data from Crewhu in order for you to match the Crewhu company data to the companies you have configured in Lifecycle Insights.
You can select the Lifecycle Insights company with each Crewhu company listed in the table, by selecting the LCI company from the drop-down selector. You can click the Refresh Companies button to pull an updated company listing from Crewhu.
Alternatively, you can click the AutoMap Companies button and the system will attempt to match the companies in the Crewhu table with the LCI companies automatically.
You will also want to ensure that the Integration Enabled check box is selected for any companies you wish to see Crewhu data for.
Crewhu Reports
Once you have configured the Crewhu Integration, a Crewhu report tile will be available under the More Reports menu in Lifecycle Insights for any company that has been selected for Crewhu integration in the company match page of the integration menu.
The reporting page will show report data for the selected company.
You can use the Seach bar to look for specific data within the reports. You can also select the reporting period from the provided drop-down selector. We have also included an option that will allow you to hide non-rated items.
You can use swatching or sort by columns to further refine your data.
The Manage Columns icon will allow you to select specific columns to display in your report, as well as allow you to create saved views for future reference.
Once you have configured and filtered your report data, you can export reports to MS Word or PDF format. You can also download and save the reports to your report locker for later retreival.
These reporting features and options are also available as a component within the Report Builder module.
The same searching and filtering options are available in Report Builder to allow you to customize the report data and how it is presented.
Other Features
A Dashboard Tile containing Crewhu summary data will also be available for companies configured for Crewhu data. The Dashboard tile also offers a timeline reporting option for the summary data.
A new security permission to access the Crewhu report data has also been added to the Security Groups section of Lifecycle Insights. CLICK HERE for more information on accessing the Security Groups.
