My LCI user list does not match what is in MS365

The Microsoft 365 integration syncs nightly. If you are not seeing changes that you made in MS365 appear in Lifecycle Insights:
1) You can confirm that the nightly sync was successful.
a. Click on Integrations in the left hand navigation bar.

Choose the Log/Sync tab

You can see the last time it synced along with the number of records updated.

2) If you need to resync, you can select the Initiate sync now from the blue button in the left hand corner. This will take a few minutes to refresh.

3) If you still are not seeing the changes, we use the Microsoft Graph API and specifically the /reports api endpoint to pull user/license information.  Unfortunately, this endpoint exposed by Microsoft links to a snapshot of data... and we've seen it can be anywhere from 1 to 7 days old. Because of this, it might take a couple of days for you to see the updates come thru the Microsoft API, and into the LCI platform. (You can confirm here the last Microsoft refresh date)
