Data quality settings can be managed from inside the Account Settings tab in the left hand navigation.
Here you can manage the weighting for each data category and how Lifecycle Insights will calculate your data quality score for your customers.
Default settings are set as seen in the image. Edit the weightings that are appropriate for your company and click the "Save Settings" button. Note: The weighting for EOL and Warranty Expiration are higher because those numbers are critical to creating the budget forecast and can be entered manually with or without a make/model/serial number.
Note: You have the option of ignoring certain missing data fields based on Asset Type when calculating your Data Quality Score. To do this, please follow instructions in this link - Manage Asset Policies
