Creating Security Groups and Adding Users

You want to create a security group to:

  1. Assign companies to account managers
  2. Give clients access to their reports inside the platform
  3. Give specific users read access to a limited # of pages
    you can do this by creating a security group.

Select Account Settings > Security Groups


 


Click +Add New



Name the Security Group

Choose the Company
Notifications: Does the person have rights to notifications of platform updates? 

Can Edit Tenant Default Dashboard: Does this person have the rights to move or hide the dashboard tiles for tenants?

Data Sync Mgr: Does this person have rights to sync your data?

Onboarding: Does this person have rights to see the Onboarding Tasks list?

Can Edit Security Groups Dashboard: Does this person have the rights to move or hide the dashboard tiles for all security groups?

Select areas where user needs access 

    ***Blue Headers can multi-select/deselect everything in that section


To see what the user has, you can impersonate them by clicking on the settings wheel next to your name in the top right

Select the security group and user you wish to impersonate

Click Impersonate

To cancel impersonation click on the settings wheel by your name again

Select "Cancel Impersonation"
