Lifecycle Insights has included a Restore feature for specific components within the VCIO module. This feature allows you to restore previously deleted templates, assessment events, and contract items. These items can be restored for up to 90 days from the deleted date.
How it Works:
A "Restore" icon will display in specific modules if you have, within the past 90 days deleted an item within the module. If there are no deleted items for your client, the icon will not display. The restore icon is specific to each client in some cases. While it will display for one client, it may not display when another client is selected.
Assessment Events
You can restore assessment events from the assessment event menu by following the steps below:
- If you have deleted an assessment for the client you have selected, the restore event icon will display at the top of the page. Click this icon to access the restore menu
- Click the arrow to display the drop-down list of deleted assessment events
- Select the event(s) you want to restore by clicking each title. Click anywhere on the screen to exit the drop-down list, then click the restore button
- The assessment(s) will be restored immediately. You will need to refresh your screen for the restored items to display
Assessment Templates
You can restore assessment templates from the assessment template menu by following the steps below:
- If you have deleted an assessment for the client you have selected, the restore event icon will display at the top of the page. Click this icon to access the restore menu
- Click the arrow to display the drop-down list of deleted assessment templates
- Select the template(s) you want to restore by clicking each title. Click anywhere on the screen to exit the drop-down list, then click the restore button
- The template(s) will be restored immediately. You will need to refresh your screen for the restored items to display
Contracts
You can restore contracts from the contracts menu by following the steps below:
- If you have deleted a contract for the client you have selected, the restore event icon will display at the top of the page. Click this icon to access the restore menu
- Click the arrow to display the drop-down list of deleted contracts
- Select the contract(s) you want to restore by clicking each title. Click anywhere on the screen to exit the drop-down list, then click the restore button
- The contracts will be restored immediately. You will need to refresh your screen for the restored items to display
Report Builder
You can restore report templates from the Report Builder menu by following the steps below:
- If you have deleted a report template for the client you have selected, the restore event icon will display at the top of the page. Click this icon to access the restore menu
- Click the arrow to display the drop-down list of deleted report templates
- Select the report template(s) you want to restore by clicking each title. Click anywhere on the screen to exit the drop-down list, then click the restore button
- The report template(s) will be restored immediately. You will need to refresh your screen for the restored items to display
