Lifecycle Insights (LCI) allows you to import certain contract types directly from Autotask.  Specifically, we will allow you to import the following contract types:

• Recurring Services Contracts
• Fixed Cost / Milestone Based Contracts

As an LCI partner, you will have the ability to designate what contracts are imported into LCI.  Additionally, you may decide to import an entire Contract, or individual service/s within the contract.  To determine which contracts to import, you will need to go into LCI / Contracts page and click the Import from Autotask Button (see Additional Articles below).

Once a contract is selected for import, LCI will sync nightly with Autotask to ensure the prices associated with the contract are current.  Sync's can also be performed on demand either in the Contracts page, or in your Data Sync Manager (Data Sync Manager is available for Professional edition and above).

Finally, LCI will support importing contracts from Autotask if your primary data source is either Autotask or ITGlue.
