Assessment Template

To find the printing/download options for your assessment template simply click the Report icon in the top right of the page.

This will have a popup appear to allow you to choose what is downloaded.

Options:

- Click on the MS Word or PDF icon to download the assessment form to MS Word or PDF

- Click on the Download CSV icon to download the assessment as a csv file.

Assessment Event

To See the printing/download options for your assessment event

Select the report option you wish to download from the drop-down selector.  You can download the scoring form, summary report, item detail report, or comparison report. 

Click the report icon in the top right of the page

This will have a popup appear to allow you to choose what is downloaded.

Select your download options such as comments, instructions, scored and unscored items, and document type from the options menu.  You can download the report to your PC, or download the report to the report locker for future reference.
