Configure the Business Review Scheduler

The business review scheduler will allow you to auto populate the calendar schedule within Lifecycle Insights based on the cadence you choose for each client. You can select to auto-schedule meetings monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or even as one-off meetings. 


1) To begin scheduling clients, select the Scheduler tab in the left-hand navigation panel.


2) A list of your clients will be displayed. Click into the client's blue link.


3) Click Schedule from the view selector and select the frequency of the business review cycle for that client. Select a date to start and choose a primary contact. You can also select an Account Manager and default meeting type. Click save.



4) If you would like to set Default Meeting Attendees, click the Green Modify button in the bottom section. Multiselect meeting attendees using the command/ctrl key and hit save.


5) Click Meetings from the view selector and you will then see the full list of auto-scheduled dates for your client. At this point, you can go back to your scheduler and enter this information for each of your clients or you can click into the date of your first meeting a add details/notes.



The scheduler will display all scheduled meetings in a table format. You can use the available checkboxes and drop-down selectors to filter the schedule to specific criteria such as meeting types or by account manager.   You hide the filters by clicking the filter icon in the upper right corner of the scheduler window. 

Summary tiles are available and can be turned off using the display tile switch. 


Use the search bar to search for specific data in the table.



Use the period selector to edit the timespan of the schedule table data. 



You can select a custom date range using the pop up calendar to select a beginning and ending period.

To edit a custom date range, use the calendar icon which appears next to the period selection menu.



Hover over the legend icon to view the table legend of meeting statuses.


Use the column selector icon to customize the table view. 



The table column options include next and last meeting columns.   These are based on the meeting statuses of each company.  A meeting status must be set to completed in order to be listed in the Last Meeting column.
