Keeping track of contracts in the Customer Success module can, at a glance, let you know how many services your customer has with your MSP and therefore, a good indicator of how healthy they are and how sticky they are with you.

The contracts in the Customer Success Module pull from the vCIO module, however you can also create them here. 

Contracts created here will populate in the vCIO module.
