This article explains how to create an account in Lifecycle Insights as an external user. External Users must first be invited by an administrator before they can register and log in.

Once you receive your invitation, complete your account setup by following the instructions below:
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line You're invited to join Lifecycle Insights
- In the email, click the link that says Click to register your account.
- On the registration screen, confirm that your details are correct.
- Create a password
- Click Submit.
After you submit, you 'll receive an authentication code via email.
- In the follow-up email, locate your authentication code
- On the Confirm Sign Up screen, enter the following:
- Username - Your email address

Code - The authentication code from the follow-up email
- Click Submit to complete your account set up.
Once completed, you'll be logged into Lifecycle Insights using your email and the password you created.
