This article explains how external users can log into Lifecycle Insights through the External User Login page to access their dashboards and reports.

Who can use this feature? • Clients and Sandbox users who have been invited by an administrator |
- Navigate to the Lifecycle Insights login page.
- Click Sign in as a Client or Sandbox User
- Enter your email and password (or use the SSO option if it has been set up by your administrator)
- Click Submit
That’s it! You’re logged in to Lifecycle Insights as an external user.
