If you're having trouble logging in to Lifecycle Insights as an External User, or want to reset your password, this article will guide you through the required steps.

Who can use this feature? • Clients and Sandbox users who have been invited by an administrator |

What you'll need:

- Navigate to the Client Login Page
- Click Reset Password below the login modal.
- Enter the email address that you use to log into Lifecycle Insights.
- Check your inbox and copy the verification code.
- Enter the following information on the Password reset page:
- Username - This is the email address you use to sign in
- Code - The verification code that was just sent to your inbox
- Password - A new, easy to remember, but difficult to guess, password
- Click Submit
After completing these steps, you can use your new password to log in to Lifecycle Insights.
