Who can use this feature?
• Administrator users.

What you'll need:
• A Halo PSA integration with configured permissions. See Integrating with HaloPSA.

Enabling contract import from HaloPSA

If HaloPSA isn't your primary integration, you'll need to enable contract importing first:

    • If the contract is missing a Next Due Date in Halo, you'll be prompted to enter one.
Note: If the client isn't mapped to a Halo company, you'll be prompted to select one before importing.
For more information on mapping, see Supplementing IT Glue with Halo.

Once a contract is successfully imported from HaloPSA, if you need to make any changes, click the contract name to edit it.

Note: Due to API limitations, it's not currently possible to sync the Billing Cycle field.
This field can be left blank.
